Postsecondary Feedback Reports

The Postsecondary Feedback Reports (PSFR) Portal is a signature project of the Decision Center. Schools receive feedback on how students perform in subjects at community colleges and state universities. This is made possible through a partnership with Arizona’s community colleges, state universities, and the Arizona Board of Regents.

The data are organized in online reports and visualizations accessed online or in the Decision Theater. Available data include postsecondary enrollment, course enrollments, and degrees/certificates earned. This feedback enables educators, administrators and others to see performance in the state’s higher education system in order prepare high school students for future success.

The Postsecondary Feedback Reports Portal (PSFR) provides information divided into three broad report areas: dual enrollment, community college coursework and university (100 & 200 level) coursework. Users can move between these reports to see up-to-date feedback for recent graduating cohorts of their high school or local education agency (LEA).

The reports available to districts include:

Dual Enrollment Summary
Dual enrollment trends over time

Dual Enrollment by Discipline
Student academic performance by subject

Community College & University Benchmark
Grades by subject for district and state

Community College & University Feedback
Information on majors, degrees, and GPA

Users also receive a visualization for presenting and facilitating understanding of the data:

The PSFR Portal is a reliable and current source of feedback for Arizona's public high schools. We regularly update the Portal as new data become available, and we publish resources to help schools use the reports.
